I had this idea lingering since the beginning of the year and thought it would be pretty fun in the game. I tried my best to draw some pictures for it (i suck at drawing).
Summon a GIANT Spirit Bell falling from above after channeling it for a [short duration]. The Spirit Bell will linger on the ground for an [extended duration] but the ability can be pressed again to make it disappear faster.

MELEE:
The summoned Spirit Bell lingers for [some duration] and can be heavy melee'd to send it forward to the direction of the melee. If it hits an enemy or NPC, it will deal [spirit damage] and stun them for a [short duration].

- This ability can be parried, reducing the [spirit damage] dealt and the [stun duration] by half.
- The Spirit Bell can also be heavy melee'd by the enemy BUT you can press the ability again to make it disappear before the full [duration] of the ability is over. If enemies melee your own Spirit Bell back to you, you cannot be damaged by it BUT you can still be stunned for the same [stun duration] if you don't parry it.
VIBRATE:
If the Spirit Bell is shot at, the Bell will ring and vibrate pulses of [spirit damage] to enemies in a [nearby radius]. The amount of vibrations depend on how many times it is shot at.

Capture Enemies(?):
I was debating on whether to allow the falling Spirit Bell to capture any enemies or not and I think making plays with this would be awesome, here it is:
If enemies are captured by the falling Spirit Bell, they cannot escape until the [duration] ends and they can be moved around by heavy melees whilst still inside it. Shooting the Spirit Bell will damage the enemies inside of it as well.
- The falling Spirit Bell has a delay time to the summon and the visual cue for the summoning portal opening is really obvious to see --> so it is really hard to capture players (unless they don't pay attention & look up in order to dash out the way)

Problems (?):
- Visual clarity? --> The Spirit Bell is see-through as having a giant gold/metal bell the size of the character will allow for visually clutter
- Falling from the sky? what if we're in a building with a roof? --> the summoning portal still summons the Spirit Bell with the exact same delay [duration] but as the distance to the ground is reduced, it will land slightly faster.
- What if we melee it and it goes up the ramp/stairs? would it just fly up? --> i would imagine that it will have a similar movement to the Doorman luggage going up & down the stairs.
- How far does the Bell go after being heavy melee'd? --> The distance it travels depends on the melee items you have bought, e.g. Crushing Fists will make it fly pretty far
Inspiration:
I don't play Dota 2 but Earth Spirit's kit looks incredibly fun & it would be awesome to have something like the Stone Remnants that you can move around inside Deadlock. I tried to make a similar ability but with a Deadlock twist to it (meleeing, parrying & shooting it).
It's a Bell because I previously tried to make a gangster monk-character in the game so I thought of a Buddhist bell would be fitting -> I had a whole kit for him as well as another ability that pulled the Bells back towards him so he can melee it again but I scrapped it cuz i thought it was shit lol.
I imagine in-game, this ability is like the game "pong" where both you & the enemy melee the Bell back & forth to one another.
I just hope this idea is considered or a character similar to Earth Spirit gets added in Deadlock.
