A hero that can rewind the game six seconds with their ultimate. Presumably another member of Paradox.

Ultimate would require to channel uninterrupted for six seconds in order to rewind the game six seconds from before the moment you begin the channeling. While rewinding time, all players screen slowly fade to black and white, and the new hero is highlighted through the walls for all players in the game to see. Upon the successful channel, the game is reminded six seconds from before hero began to channel the "linear distortion" ultimate (this means the game will be rewinded 12 seconds total, six seconds before the channeling began).
The idea makes for some interesting plays because it will make teams decide how much they want to commit to attempting to stop kill/disable the ultimate before it is cast.
You take increased damage while casting and have to upgrade the ultimate to remove the debuffs that come along with casting. Maybe t3 allows a single stun protection.
Ultimate cooldown would need to be longer than Dynamos.

Because of the nature of the ultimate channeling requirement, this character is a contrast from the Paradox we know already. This Paradox will need a kit that is centered around backend support.

His 3 ability should be to set a friendly heroes health to where it was 3.5 seconds prior. Upgrades for this ability should be: Cooldown reduced > Ability range increase > You can target enemies with this ability (insane victor ult shutdown for instance)

His 2nd ability should be a version of paradoxes grenade that rewinds enemy cooldowns instead of dealing damage, but only for abilities that are not already ready to be used (so if you have ult and grenade hits, it doesn't cancel your ult
Upgrade goes like this. increased duration > range > Grenade can now rewind all non ultimate abilities even when they are ready to be used.

His 1 ability should be a temporary buff for his weapon, allowing him to clear waves early game.

Obv this character would be one of the highest skill ceilings while also being the most throwable character in the game in the hands of inexperienced players, but I think its a cool idea.

Balancing would be a nightmare for a little while of course, but if they found a balance sweet spot it would be a really cool character to be in games with.
