24h Ban

I got banned for 24 hours after my game crashed 3 times during a match then I got locked out because steam stated my files are corrupted. I tried to get back into the game but it was over by the time I was able to fix the issue. I feel like these systems are too much for an alpha. They should have a way for you to submit your error so they can reverse the ban or have a system where they can see the error log before the ban.

Sucks when it happens. Hopefully you get it fixed soon. I'll say though that I don't think it's too early for these kind of systems. It's good they are testing and implementing them already at this stage because in a competitive game like Deadlock we need incentives later so people don't instantly abandon games once they've felt like it's an utter loss for them. Valve developed Dota 2 that has these systems in place and the community there at large have accepted them. I hope Deadlock also implements a low priority queue for those who do these things constantly, like abandon or feed to the enemy in frustration. Moba games are finicky and one persons bad judgement can ruin the game for the other 11 players (6 on the opposite team might be happy about it - but they really shouldn't be since they got robbed of a real match too).
