-200 fps after convar changes made to the game

not sure why but after convars were removed my game has been unplayable because i just have -200 fps everytime i play and these weird shadows that appear and disappear , not sure what i can do other than buy a new pc which i cant do right now so it would be nice to have a option to disable these shadows
convars i used before that let me play the game:

For posts like these it'd be helpful if you posted your PC specs so both the devs and other forum members can compare your experience to your own. But yeah I do hope they expose a more in-depth settings menu for release.

in the future
you could try purchasing a steam box machine to see if your fps is greater with it enabled:
it's a potential replacement for convars

i dont believe my specs have anything to do with it though since ive never had these issues before but my pc probably deteriorated overtime
