like i said, you can have the feature completely disabled and something in the background is still impacted by that feature. Something valve really borked with steam when they released the video recording steam version. Read about the 30min steam lag time bomb on internet and what causes it.

Biggest problem of silver is not that she gets extra health, THE EXTRA HEALTH IS ACTUALLY A 800HP HEAL.
