My main regret for this item is how good it would be on Lash. I don't like Lash. But anyway...

How long is the passive effect cooldown on attunement? It would be pretty broken if it had no cooldown. No need to buy extra regen and extra spirit again if one item gave you both effects at the same time, for a similar duration to ammo scav just for using a zip line.

it's a good question. The way I see it you could add like a 60 second cooldown or reduce the duration (say 20 seconds or even less) if people are able to use the zipline too much. Though people can't just go back to their zipline a lot in lane because they're ignoring lane. Though if you've pushed it up and they're by their guardian it could be abusable but then it's a very specific circumstance that the item is strong in and it isn't game changing strong. Basically I would like to see it used before deciding on its limitation. Conceptually it was ready to post in my mind because I mentioned to someone yesterday that I had my own version of a zipline item that I was going to post.

I think people would definitely go back to their zipline if just riding it for a little bit gives you 30 seconds of two of the most powerful defensive tier 1s in the game. People already do that right now for the lanes closest to secret shop for a little burst of speed on a roll out.

You're right I was only envisioning single lanes for some reason. In duo lanes this would be used a lot. That in mind I think both a duration change to 20 seconds and a passive limitation of activating once a minute would do. I am unsure if the same limation needs to be applied to the 6200. Actually since the speed for roll outs will be helpful yea. 60 second limitation on the buffs from coming off zipline for the 6200 as well.
 
After more thought increasing the duration back to 30 seconds and reducing cooldown to 50 seconds. gotta make it worth not getting extra spirit instead in some cases.
