Zapzap - blue lightning speedster character

Gun: a permanent thunder zap hitscan similar to bebop but much less accurate and more short range. It randomly zaps in a radius and kinda moves around making it harder to aim especially long range, very low ammo count
Alt-fire, lightning burst that uses the entire stack of ammo, powerful burst that also slows, move instantly and is longer range but has a big falloff

Ability 1: strikedown
After a small delay casts a thunderbolt on Zapzap's location, dealing damage to both zapzap and any enemies hit

Every ability deals self damage but it cannot kill you similar to pocket affliction

Upgrade 1: increase radius and decrease cooldown
Upgrade 2: adds a stun plus adds a hitbox above him to knock enemies down
Upgrade 3: casting this briefly increases movement speed and decreases the cast delay of all abilities

Ability 2: Backstrike
Zapzap strikes back in two zaps based on his previous location, however it has a max zap distance incase u go super far or TP or use zip. Teleports almost instantly, deals damage if struck and even more if it lands directly on the TP location. Adds a small blue indicator visible to everyone that fades away to show where he will teleport. Stuns for extremely short, only to cancel abilities and momentum basically, only like 0.2 seconds

Upgrade 1
: Decrease cooldown, increase damage and causes it to stun briefly
Upgrade 2: Adds +1 zap target and increases max distance (each zap will
Upgrade 3: makes it charged ability and massively increases max distance (can basically almost always TP max unless zipline boosting or uses teleporter) and restores 1 stamina upon cast

Ability 3: Shockingly Paralyzing
Each ability will apply a stack of paralysis, hitting a new target with any sort of damage will decrease any stacks given to other players. This will steal spirit power and movement speed and also decrease cast delay of all other abilities. When it reaches max stack of 10 it will apply a short silence and reset back to 0.

The lower your HP, increase cast delay and decrease movement speed

Upgrade 1: applies a small heal based on stacks only after dealing self damage (not on regular damage)
Upgrade 2: lowers penalty for being low HP slightly
Upgrade 3: provides 50% of the steal as an extra split to nearby allies in a short radius and for shorter duration, but doesnt STEAL any more of it. More allies means more split evenly.

Ability 4: Chasing Thunder
Move very quickly, allowing him to fly, striking down the target which is closest. Clicking left mouse causes a radius of thunder to expand in sphere and circle to strike, dealing more damage further away and stealing spirit power and move speed temporarily . This knocks enemies towards you but does not stun. however each left click does a lot of damage to self
Doing right click will do the opposite, big circle that does less damage but more as it gets closer, and knocks them outwards but doesnt stun
Deals a lot of self damage exponentially longer u do it. Silences all other abilities
During ultimate, stacks do not reset if hitting multiple enemies / changing target

Upgrade 1: Increase movespeed massively
Upgrade 2: Provides small barrier upon cast
Upgrade 3: can use other abilities whilst casting

He will have very very low HP but insane damage, CC and spirit power steal. Almost all abilities scale with spirit.
Move scales with spirit too.
