Yet Another Melee Charge T4 Upgrade Idea

Interesting concept.

Question: Your using double negatives in your description of the stats for the active. Do you mean that you are stunned for longer while the effect is active, and heavy melees are slower or do you mean that you are stunned for shorter time when parried and you heavy melee faster?

Either way, I like the concept. Melee builds need more items.

The item user's stun lasts less to allow for one more attempt at hitting a heavy melee, which in turn indeed is a bit slower than the normal one.
