This item adds thematic mobility in the form of extra speed and dash distance to go along with melee charge distance, base weapon damage, extra melee damage plus the melee stacking debuff. Total Cost 4250

Idea behind this 2-fold, upgrade for melee charge for a melee item for a gun slot but also an anti heal item that takes place of toxic bullets. It purposefully does not have any defensive stats on in despite being a close range/melee based item. Obviously pairs with other melee items but also items like kinetic dash and sup stam for mobility (a form of utility and defense on its own).

Tigers pounce
Passive: 4 seconds (affected by cdr)
Melee Attacks apply a bleed effect that deals damage equal to a lite melee attack as bullet damage over 3 seconds (affected by resistances). Reduces healing effectiveness by 13%.

Multiple applications stack and refreshes duration, Max 3 stacks. (affected by duration)
 
After thinking about this, I wanted to make some small changes but I cant figure out how to edit the original post so I am putting it as a comment:

Change 1: reduce tiger pounce internal CD from 4 to 2 seconds - 4 seconds, even with cdr was too long to actually be able to stack

Change 2: increased tiger pounce passive bleed to 6 second duration - reduces burst but makes for easier stacking even without cdr

I made a deadmock version. After looking at it in this format, it might need to be bumped up to a t4 item and just change the weapon damage to +20%.
