Dynamo - Kinetic Pulse T2 increases melee damage by more than abilities usually do

Kinetic Pulse's T2 upgrade still says it only increases "bullet" damage rather than weapon damage, similar to Talon and Warden's T3 snare/cage. On the Dec 6th patch, the upgrade was updated to include melee damage again but the description was not updated.

Additionally, it increases melee damage by a full 30%, rather than just by half of the added damage that abilities usually provide to melee. For example, Abram's T1 charge adds 25% weapon damage, which translates into 12.5% melee damage, but Kinetic pulse provides +30% damage to both Dynamo's weapon and his melee.

if remember in one of the patch notes a very old one before the map update and the shop update they actually made both bebop hook and dynamo stomp apply to melee so both should be intentional i believe

True, for one, the description should be updated. It was changed to say "bullet" specifically because it did not include melee, and now that it does, should be changed again.

Second, there's still the inconsistency of it amping melee by 30% compared to other sources of weapon damage that amp melee by only half of what they provide to gun.
 
i do agree it should be reworded however its not inconsistent because its a debuff not a weapon damage up

its kinda like a damange amp but just for bullet/melee if that makes any sense

still needs to be reworded to actually include the melee part tho
