Yellow lane T3 neutral camp area Seven ult bug

If Seven is low enough to the ground during his ult in the T3 neutral camp area on yellow lane, he will stop damaging enemies despite them being in the storm's range. This bug can be abused by heroes with downward displacement skills (e.g. Abrams, Lash, Billy) to completely nullify enemy Seven's ult (although it is a very rare scenario). The bug does not happen in the T3 camp area on green lane.

To add this this:

This works in any area where there's a thin surface with empty space underneath.

Furthermore, seven actual does damage in that underneath area.

One great example of this is at midboss: If you're in the room above midboss, ult with T3, and touch the floor of the room (aka the roof of the midboss pit), you will damage enemies in the midboss pit.
