There are only two characters with 500 base health; Yamato and Haze. I think Yamato could do with having 550 base health as her abilities are primarily melee range.

Only if they take away her alt fire. her ult fire makes her pretty safe in lane and lets her deal a lot of gun damage that is harder to avoid than normal because its explosion can let her poke around corners.

So she doesnt need to start with more hp in lane.
