Yamato can die in ult warmup

150061 - 21 minutes, yamato dies in "invincible" ult warmup

It doesn't appear that the ulti windup started, instead she was bursted down during stun

Match id 18357343; I used my ult and died immediately at ~12 mins. Ult went on cooldown and everything.

This thread is discussing the windup phase. The changelog you're referencing is referring to post-windup phase. Yamato was changed from being invincible throughout to only being invincible during windup.

Here's the text from the ability:

Become infused with Yamato's shadow soul. After an initial invincible transformation, your abilities are refreshed and are 60% faster. You gain immunity to negative status effects and have greatly increased bullet and spirit resist.
When you get a hero kill, you heal and the duration is extended.

Welcome to the club i cry when they nerf Haze ult from ultimate target to single nobady care it was the same now they kill yamato i was right they will kill all the heroes!

Match 30061952 Yamato's second death (don't know exact time, can't download replay no matter how much I wait or reload) was in her shadow transformation invincibility period. Might have something to do with the scorn change from the most recent patch?

Welcome to the club i cry when they nerf Haze ult from ultimate target to single nobady care it was the same now they kill yamato i was right they will kill all the heroes!

Huh?? Haze was unironically top 3 best hero in the game last patch. I can't deny though, this patch she was gutted. Yamato got buffed this patch too and she's in a pretty good spot atm, she is picked frequently in scrims and tournaments.
