I tried playing a few games of Yamato and noticed that sometimes her alt fire will launch and just vanish mid flight. The ammo will be consumed, but even if the shot would hit something, the shot itself vanishes. I've even had it happen while testing in the hideout.
Example match of where it happened:
MatchID: 47582763
Timestamp: Shortly after 2:28 or so, hard to get exact, but the shot goes out and simply disappears when it would have impacted Ivy, no splash, no damage. Happened a few times this match actually, but this is the earliest example.
I'd also like to mention that this was on the previous patch, but has not been fixed as of yet.
