WW1 themed hero - the cadet?

cadet/burba
young-ish inexperienced soldier with a huge low ammo bolt-action rifle.

gun:
bolt action kar98k-style rifle
3-5 ammo per clip
very high damage but possibly along the low ammo count also slow bullet travel speed.

1: Bayonet slash or shovel hit.
damage on impact, and pushes enemies back in a radius facing the cadet.

2: hand grenade that you can cook (the idea is that you could throw this very far, possibly even farther than frost grenades
+ roll function implemented so you could possibly, late game, throw an uncooked grenade and make it explode with a more cooked one for double damage.)
Would be cool if this ability was also able to propel yourself (or your teammates) in the air, sort of like rocket jumping in TF2.
1st upgrade radius
2nd cdr
3rd dmg/more slots

2 ideas:
3: medpack/"patch up"
medpack is a thrown medpack that your teammates pickup by simply walking over it.
patch up is a longer, channeled big heal on teammates or yourself, the idea here is it starts off very weak and gets increasingly stronger throughout the game (possibly by level-ups)

4: raid strike
cadet whips out a field telephone to call down an air-raid on a targeted area, could be a circle, a line, a continuous strike, napalm or just regular bomb strike that could slow/knock-up the focus doesn't necessarily need to revolve around damage.

The hero could play both gun, hybrid or support, with an incentive to pick support or hybrid, the gun is supposed to be a very slow rifle that rewards precision, intended to be good in lane and deal heavy damage if you hit headshots, it's very important to balance this weapon around this idea, it hits hard but it's just as hard to maneuver.
the first, third or fourth abilities could also be replaced by a rally-type ability similar to tf2's, although i am not a big fan of this concept, especially if it buffs dps, as i see it as an ability that would just be click "key" to get value.
it's a very simple concept that i had in time for a while, i think it would fit deadlock's theme well and bring something new to the table, i also think it is simple enough for all kinds of players to pick up while not being completely useless as it would welcome many different playstyles.
