A more majestic looking hero to match Celeste and other heroes like her. While we have Victor, how this hero would work would be different from him, and this phoenix hero, would be more of a support. Might even lead to an interesting chat with Victor since they'd share something in common coming back from the dead.
While my idea for her lore would be some sort of dancer/courtier since we don't have anyone filling that role yet, I don't really care too much as long as there is a phoenix lady in game. Could also be of Japanese descent like Yamato to give her some more positive interactions and be someone Lady Geist likes to give her more positive interactions as well.
Their main weapon would be them swiping their wings from side to side, throwing/firing feathers as bullets. So we'd have another beast type hero like Drifter that doesn't use guns.
First ability would be a cone of phoenix flame that deals damage to enemies, but heals allies.
Second ability would be a ground targeted explosion that will explode again in a circle around itself. OR you can just grab Phoenix's laser beam or flame spirits from DOTA to place here.
Third ability would be a movement ability where this hero flies, but fast and unable to attack as if it was Infernus' run but able to use any axis. There would be no fire left behind, and the damage for enemies hit and healing for allies hit would be lower to compensate for the extra axis of movement.
Ultimate would be Resurrection. They are able to resurrect themselves or a fallen ally. The resurrected target gets 3 seconds of invincibility when resurrected, but besides that its up to the game balance team to decide if this is enough for an ability, or if there needs to be more added to it.
