Wrongful ban on my account – request for review

Hello,


I would like to report what I believe is a wrongful ban on my account. I am absolutely sure this is a false positive, and I would like to provide as many details as possible.


I was playing on my alt account, which had an Obscurus (calibration) rank. The reason I used this account is because on my main I was struggling to rank up despite having a very high win rate, so I decided to play on an alt instead.


Here is what happened step by step:

• I played 4 matches in total before the issue appeared. Each game lasted around 17 minutes on average, and I won all 4 of them.
• Then I queued another match on Drifter. In this game I played very well and finished with a score of 17–0. At the very end of the match, a message appeared saying the game would not be registered, and my character was turned into a frog.
• After that, I was still able to queue again without any problem. I played another match (not as strong performance as the previous one), but at the end of that game the exact same thing happened: the message appeared again, and I was transformed into a frog.
• After this second time, my account was no longer able to queue, and shortly after it seems I was banned.

Important details:

• I have never used cheats or third-party software of any kind.
• My PC is completely clean: no torrents, no viruses, no suspicious programs.
• Windows was freshly installed only about 3 weeks ago.
• I am very worried about logging into my main account in case it also gets banned by mistake.

I remember the situation with the doorman doors turning you into a frog in a co-op sandbox and with a permanent account ban, I consider the frog system to be incomplete and with multiple false positives

Don't play on alts you fucking smurf. Justified ban. There's a reason smurfing was added to the report reasons. Your main will probably be fine, just stay on it.

Don't play on alts you fucking smurf. Justified ban. There's a reason smurfing was added to the report reasons. Your main will probably be fine, just stay on it.

This was my second account which had (as i remember) archont 6 3 months ago. Am i smurfing if i wasnt playing long enough so my rank got lowered and then i came back, I dont think so

.Recently, we received several reports from our subscribers regarding this issue.They changed their FOV, and after receiving a large number of reports (just for playing well) , they ended up getting blocked . It’s unlikely this happened by accident, since no cheats were used (the matches were against lower-ranked opponents).It might be a massive reporting system error, but we are more inclined to believe there’s one thing connecting all these cases: modifying the FOV

Editing game files is cheating, you understand that right? There is a reason FOV is locked in settings. So, yes you were cheating by modifying game files for an advantage and you were using an alt account which is also called smurfing regardless of your reasoning. Both are bannable and both are against the agreement of the alpha access. So. You were not wrongfully banned.
