Wraith's Telekinesis Not Able To Throw Targets Over Small Obstacles

As shown in the video below, after using telekinesis on a target the indicator of where you are tossing the target will stay at the vertical level of where the target was initially preventing you from tossing the target over even the smallest of vertical differences.

@Devs it should use "pull" logic like Billy ult or Bebop hook instead of this fixed arc. Being completely blocked by any slope at all makes it way too easily countered.
