Wraith/Vindicta do not deal spirit damage if target has Bullet Shield

As the title says, if you are Wraith/Vindicta and use Wraith's T2 3 which gives +5 spirit per bullet and attack a target with bullet shield, you do not get any spirit damage on the target, it is completely nullified.

Vindicta's 2 adds spirit damage on flight and the same issue happens. Spirit damage additive is nullified completely and doesn't deal any damage despite a target ONLY having bullet shield.

at first this makes sense but then thinking about it should happen this way.

I was thinking well the bullet isnt doing damage, its getting absorbed by the shield, and the spirit damage is based on the bullet doing damage to begin with.

But in reality, the bullet is doing damage, just not directly to the health pool, so the spirit damage should definitely be working.

Def call this out as a bug as i wouldnt be surprised if this happens with other instances, like maybe with tesla bullets activating but hitting a bullet shield so the chain doesnt do spirit damage to the first target.

Tesla bullets works perfectly fine on bullet shields, so even if it's meant to be intended it's an inconsistent interaction
