Wraith ult uses Stormcloud code (seven ultimate)

It became clear when seven's ultimate was updated to "bob up and down" that wraith's ultimate uses some of the same coding. Now that seven's ultimate has been updated to allow him to move, people can wiggle around in telekinesis before the slam.

Please disentangle these skills.

What "coding" are you talking about?
"Moving" is not something inherent to Seven or Wraith's ultimate. Valve is simply making the mechanics less obnoxious and unfun to play against or as by adding interactivity to them. Same goes for Haze's updated 1.

Points for passive aggressive quotation marks.

Very well, I'll be clearer. It APPEARS that the movement of targets lifted by wraiths ultimate is IDENTICAL to Seven's movement during his ultimate. Each time Seven's ultimate receives a change there is an UNLISTED change that causes the movement of targets lifted by Wraith's ultimate to mimic Seven's new movement during his ultimate.

Since I'm not a developer and am simply TESTING the game, my observations have no value, my input should be mocked, and all the signs point to me being wrong.

I can't replicate "wiggling" while being held by Wraiths ult? It does appear to retain a portion of the players momentum while lifting them though, is that what you're seeing?

As a developer i can see the issue here, they probably use a library which is same code for both, you are right lol

The bobbing of characters when hit by Wraith's ult was documented and noted in the patch changes
- Wraith: Telekinesis now causes the target to oscillate up and down a little bit

Since then the wraith ult has been changed to slam rather than hold them up the entire time, the bobbing has stayed

I have tested this in the sandbox, the victim carries prior momentum to the ult hitting but can't actually change directions
