[Wraith] Arcane Surge on Project Mind Bug

Wraith's second ability (Project Mind) doesn't work as expected with Arcane Surge. When activating Arcane Surge, Project Mind does visually represent where it should teleport the player to. However, the actual teleportation spot is where it would be without Arcane Surge. (See video below)
