Range imbues don't work on Apollo's Riposte

If you imbue Ballistic Enchantment or Mystic Expansion on Apollo's Riposte, it will not increase in range. Greater Expansion does increase range as usual. Video below demonstrates this. Arcane Surge also doesn't seem to work, but isn't shown in the video.
