Witchmail is back to targetting Silver's ult while transformed, this was fixed in the recent major patch but got broken again at some point. It can target any of her 4 abilities while in ult but if it targets her ult, it will ONLY target her ult from then on.
For Point Blank, her wolf.1 does not apply the conditional damage. Interestingly, it seems to work with her wolf.2
