Notes, before you read any further: Winfereth has been a passion project out of love for the game for months now, and only just recently did I come up with a final design that felt right. A silly pigeon knight was just originally something I thought people would enjoy seeing, and it eventually evolved into a character I genuinely loved to create. All of these abilities I wrote are merely ideas I thought would be funny and interesting on a pigeon patron, and I'm merely a student of art for playable media, nowhere near industry-standard (I'm doing all I can to get there, though! I'm super excited to work on more projects like these!). That being said, the abilities may be imperfect, or clash with each other, etc.

Winfereth, the Pigeon Patron
Winfereth is a high-traversal tank with shielding and stance-change abilities. Her abilities allow her to shield her allies, force enemies into combat and dive into ganks.
Bio:
Winfereth has historically taken mortals under her wings, the pigeon-symbolic legend being a guardian to nature and mankind. She had rejected her authority as a god and devoted herself to protecting precious life from powerful forces it would never have had a chance to fight. These noble deeds moved several kingdoms to reward the magical being with her very own suit of armor to aid her in the battle against otherworldly evil-doers.
Her many stories have been long-debated of their legitimacy, with many pre-maelstrom historians passing off the idea of an otherworldly knight as nothing but classic fantastical tales. However, since first Maelstrom, Winfereth’s empty armor and word of her deeds drew the interest of the public in every museum it visited. At least, until it disappeared from its exhibit one night and was spotted conversing with flocks of pigeons in Central Park.
Winfereth now roams an unfamiliar modern world, pigeons guiding her as she once guided them. She has an unfinished quest; the reason for her death and her revival. She’s previously squabbled with this certain cosmic entity longer than she would have liked, and she’s set to never repeat the blunder that struck her down centuries ago. Unfortunately for the knight, it doesn’t help that there’s now more than one god to worry about.
Stats:
Winfereth is a tank, relying on high defenses for her bulkiness. She has 3 stamina bars, but a lower-than-average speed outside of Of a Feather. Winfereth has medium-high melee scaling.
Weapon:
Winfereth's main weapon, Phalanx, is her sharp wing, which she curls into itself to form a lance. Winfereth can shoot wide, slashing projectiles that are close-range. Her weapon has a low fire rate and a short range, but infinite ammo and decent damage per projectile.
Abilities:
1) Call to Wings
Winfereth summons her pigeon allies to swarm a designated, circular-shaped area. Any enemies that enter the radius of the swarm will take continuous spirit damage and be slowed. Upgrading this ability, it will also lower certain defenses.
2) Bird's Eye
Passive: Winfereth has the ability to glide long distances when falling. While gliding, she has the ability to see the "auras" of enemies within a certain distance.
Active: From any height, Winfereth dives into the earth and slams the ground around her, causing AOE damage. The damage of this ability scales with the height she dives from.
3) Of a Feather
Winfereth extends her shield-like wing, transforming it to create a barrier that acts like a solid structure. This shield can be jumped from, mantled, and collided with like an in-game wall. The shield negates damage caused by non-ultimate projectiles (Not including AOE damage, such as Paradox's grenade) ( Projectiles from ther ultimates allowed to be blocked on the third upgrade). Winfereth may only perform melee attacks while her shield is up, and has reduced mobility.
4) Free Bird
Winfereth goes on the offensive and creates a tall wall of pigeons around a large radius. Any allies looking to leave the arena may pass through the wall with no problem, but enemies that pass through will take large amounts of spirit damage. Winfereth cannot leave the arena as long as it's active.
When the ability is casted, Winfereth will unleash herself from her armor and empower her defenses and her first and second abilities. Her third ability will become Divine Fire.
Divine Blaze) Winfereth spits flames in a large cone in front of her, dealing large amounts of spirit damage and inflicting burn onto enemies hit.
(Notes: Free Bird is meant to force enemies into a choice of fleeing, and taking big damage, or taking their chances with an empowered Winfereth, and any allies that are with her. The idea is that this ability can start or end teamfights.)

Some Additional Notes:
- The flowers on Winfereth's body are to resemble white heather, a flower of protection.
- Winfereth loves all life, but favors birds and bird-like creatures.
- The multi-colored decorations on her armor are also gifts from mankind.
- The entity she seeks out to take revenge on is Doorman. They fought when he was still tormenting humans, and by doing so, meddling with nature.
