Why is there no forfeit?

100% NEEDS a concede option when the patron is weakened. Enemy smurf teams drag games out and don't allow the game to end, just farming a clearly less strong team. ruins the spirit of the game when there is a 70k souls difference but they never push into the patron..

I understand the desire to have a concede or forfeit option. I've played many games where you are getting absolutely stomped and all you can do is wait it out. This is made worse when you are playing against someone who you know is a smurf, or if the matchmaking creates a major imbalance in skill.

I've also had many games where my team has been down 10 to 20k souls and we are able to win one big fight and clutch a win. I've also been on the other end of that, where my team has a considerable lead and we lose a fight and the enemy team is able to carry that momentum to a win.

One of my favorite things about Deadlock is the ability to turn the tide late game and equalize the economy with one team fight. You can win a big team fight, run urn and take mid boss all within a few minutes.

My biggest issue with the idea of a forfeit option is the large number of man-children that seem to play this game. I played DOTA for a while too and it was the same thing. I'm not sure if it's a MOBA thing or what, but this game seems to attract a certain kind of person who has one small thing go wrong, or they don't like the way you play and so they throw a fit and go AFK. I know for a fact that a forfeit option would get abused by these people. Spamming forfeit at minute 5 because you died once would just be a nuisance to the whole team and likely kill morale. I used to see this a lot when I was grinding Rocket League.

Winning team fights at the late stage of the game is also huge.
