Why don't I rank up?

14 wins in a row and I'm still in the same ranking, and in almost all of them I'm MVP.

devs dont give a fuck. they're more concerned with listening to the feedback of 20 pros than bothering to fix the stuck running bug animation.

The running bug has been there for well over 6 months at this point they just dont give a fuck.

I haven't been ranking up either (hardstuck initiate 1), despite having an overall win percentage of 52 percent and a win percentage of 60 percent on my most played character (Mina).
Apparently if you play with friends higher ranked than you, you can not rank up. So if you are playing with someone higher ranked than you, that is most likely the reason

It took 23 consecutive victories to climb from Oracle 3 to 4, but I only need to lose 1 match for me to drop in rank.

And my average KDA is great.

Same here - I started the game as initiate IV. Since then I have:
- played 46 matches
- won 26
- 56% win rate

No rank up

This game is bizarre. While we can’t rank up even with 50 wins in a row, there are people who don’t even know how to press W sitting in Eternus 6 just because they play in premade teams and get carried by others.

I know some people who are in Eternus 6 and they are just horrible — it actually hurts my eyes to watch them play. I’ve already played custom matches with them and completely destroyed them, but they play ranked in full teams while I play solo or at most in a duo. It feels like this game just doesn’t want solo players to rank up. I don’t know how their ranking system works, but honestly I hope they throw it in the trash.

Average rank of the matches is Ascendant+, I’m carrying every game, putting up an insanely good KDA, but the game still doesn’t think I deserve to rank up. It’s ridiculous.
