WHY does the skybox work like this

I have posted MULTIPLE times because the game constantly crashes and freezes for me but this tops it all.
WHY does the skybox even function like this? just add a barrier or teleport people to just below the skybox.
WHY do we teleport ALL THE WAY TO THE GROUND.
