What to do about being banned for crashing.

I currently have a 5 day ban and 6 low priority matches due to my game crashing and files being stuck verifying at 0% multiple times. I would just like to know if there is a way to remove this restriction on my account? I rejoin all the matches i crash in but not before getting leaver bans.

yeah, it's a common problem. sometimes it seems they remove penalties and low prio with patches, but It doesn't remove the problem or the "penalty stack", so, with a bit of luck you get to play a few matches until it crashes again, as it just happened to me again, lol.

Guess i'll wait till next patch then. Sucks cause this and bowling is all I really play.
