Wondering what I can do to get unbanned due to crashing.

My game has been crashing constantly and I rejoin before the match ends but I still get a leaver penalty. This is my favorite game and I want to play but I have been banned for 5 days now due to my game crashing. My most recent one I rejoined and we won and I still got banned. Just wondering what I can do for something out of my control.
