What if Restorative Shot and Mystic Shot could be combined in to Tier 3 item? Presenting Transcendent Shot!

Since both items are very good in early game, but lose their effectiveness later on the match,
what if they could be used as parts for Tier 3 upgrade that has both effects and scales better?

I think that the reason, why Restorative Shot doesn't have upgrades is because without any crazy boosts, it will be inferior to any lifesteal item.

Your item will heal for 121 HP on Max Boons. Even if we have Healing Booster/Tempo and Transcendent Cooldown, any lifesteal item would perform much better. On top of that, Restorative Shot is used on first shot after cooldown, not when you actually hit enemy with bullet, so the shot's miss means not getting healed.

Mystic Shot has the last problem too.
