I was playing a normal game of Deadlock and I had a couple of network stutters throughout the game. Then, as you can see in the video, right after the biggest network stutter my game freezes but only the game. Voice chat still works normally as you could hear my teammates thinking I was afk, I could chat, but I couldn't move. I had to exit game. I could still hear game sounds as normal, and it seems that hero abilities were still being done but nothing was moving on my screen.
