Weaver: First blade of the Seventh Moon

Inspired by this instagram, here is a kit for everyone's favorite 4d bug as a general-grievous hydralisk-dart-shuriken-ing phylliidae ninja:

Hexamorphosis unfolds Weaver's 3rd & 4th arms for a window, duplicating their attacks (Their darts are half-range & they melee when possible) & enabling wall climbing. At 2p killing blows on heroes refunds this cooldown.
Pterofy leaps Weaver upward a short way before entering them into a buzzing glide, the foley (inverting at 5p) & their damage scaling with fall time.
Swarm Surge directionally dashes Weaver, spiraling their swords in a helix & granting themselves stamina on hitting enemy heroes. At 2p this attaches a 'young Weaver' (they are position-paired NPCs, not specialized debuffs) to each enemy hit & at 5p those periodically remove stamina.
Saiki is Time Lapse with Shukuchi's damaging mechanic, resetting ‘only’ position, ammo & health. At 2p this refunds a fraction of Weaver's other cooldowns & at 5p does moreso per enemy damaged.

Being Yamato's brother's actual assassin would be too much but this 'evil' kit I believe would be sufficient to antagonize her as a mechanical foil. The balance goal would be no durability beyond the above pile of evasion, tempting one to gank too soon & punishing those who do so too late.
 
Fourth blade of the 7th [the first 3 being the hitlist?] and here goes upgrades:
Hexamorph (note: Pairs to signpost with a turn-taunt leading SS’s charge carrying punish by inviting parry jumps for this effect being disabled by such): 1p last hits -N s of cd; 2p heroes refund 10x as much cd & refresh the duration; 5p scaling tanker
Pterofy (note: wings fly short & hard off a jump to S-curve for a quick +Z or hard-ups one from falling to glide on an up-down bimodal intersector) costs 2 stamina to cast & scales just weapon damage with noise made until touchdown: 1p dmg buff doubles; 2p -cd & +duration; 5p noise made changes (from +loud to loud into quiet-ish) with a silently reduced effect window
Swarm Surge (note: as the punisher, fiddliest. Vis near a dervish’s counter twist into impossible soft handegg spiral?) launches weaver in a direction to damage each enemy struck. 1p Enemies damaged have a Young Weaver attached to their backs (~100hp+30dps. allies pop or solos’ buffed backup speed wallstuns as a minigame); 2p -cd & Young Weavers also remove stamina every 4s; 5p Young Weavers hp 5x & dps 2x
Saiki’s 1p goes back further & 2p +dmg. Etc
