Weapon Damage Indicator Bug

Hollow Point gives +35% Weapon Damage and applies -12% Bullet Resist on hit, but the indicator shows +55% Weapon Damage which seems accurate. Then I bought Weakening Headshots, and the Weapon Damage indicator increased to +64%. However, Weakening Headshots only applies -12% Bullet Resist if you meet its headshot condition.
Why does that get added to the Weapon Damage indicator even when the condition isn't met? And more importantly, why do effects that reduce Bullet Resist contribute to the Weapon Damage stat at all? I’ve tested this with several item combinations, but this one makes the issue most obvious.

I know you gain Weapon Damage when spending but these two are not the same thing. That +%64 Damage is the Indicator of Hollow Point's +% Damage. It's conditional It only appears when you're above certian HP. They should be seperate. It's not an bug entirely I know.
That indicator is for your total weapon damage when Hollow point is included, so if you have 10% weapon damage and gain 35% from hollow point, that will show 45%. If you buy a weapon item, like the headshot one, you could have, let's say, 22% weapon damage, and gain 35% from hollow point, so that will show 57%

(numbers are just examples)

But the headshot one is suppose to add only after dealing headshot damages?

Weapon damage and reduced bullet resists are not the same thing.

Weakening headshots applies a debuff on the enemy that reduces their bullet resist, it does nothing to your base weapon damage

The extra weapon damage you're getting is from the shop bonus, since you're buying a T2 weapon item, you get the extra weapon damage from the shop investment.
