Whereas bullet resist shredder does, at least on target dummy.
Weakening Headshot/Crippling Headshot debuff doesnt affect Crackshot/Headhunter/HS booster damage

Works fine for me
the trick is you first have to apply the debuff, then the next instance of that effect while the debuff is on will be amped
I assume with spirit it applies before the bullet damage since you first cast an ability
