which theyre free to do, i just think doing so will make it much harder for valve to give equal attention to developing every character and that will make the overall quality worse. even from a purely gameplay perspective i dont want to have to keep the abilities and matchups of that many heroes in mind
Graf
Graf is an unreleased hero in Deadlock. In the game files, there's a reference to a model called "graffiti_girl" under Graf's name, indicating that she could be a graffiti artist.

probably not all that close to the art style, but this character would be similar to billy in sticking out. most of the graffiti on the map could potentially be by this hero.
primary fire
artifex populi ('artist of the people')
burst fire - medium range
spray paint for your gun with bursts of eldritch magic for your 'bullets'.
alt fire
causes you to 'fan the hammer' and spray out your remaining clip in a wide arc then force reload. can animation cancel to force out the rest of the projectiles in the burst at once.
