Watchful Eye (T4 Weapon Duel)

Watchful Eye (I'm 50/50 on it being a weapon or spirit item)
+10 Spirit Power (Or literally anything else)

Immobilize and Silence an enemy and yourself and provide yourself with a Barrier.
While you both can see each other, gain Weapon Falloff Range, Bullet Velocity, and Weapon Zoom.
(Lasts until death or if line of sight between locations are broken, targets off the ground are frozen in the air)

The idea is to have a duel from across the map with another player, more of a fun item in my opinion than anything else. If too strong, could also disable bullet procs with the silence or move the two players to a standard distance from each other, or even have them go into a baroness hallway and duel it out without any modifiers.
 
it´s not a duel, it´s a simple dps check and not fun for the one that plays the character with less weapon dmg. If you create an item it has to be fair towards the enemy aswell. This item would literally kill any competitiveness and ruin entire roles like supports or spirit characters.

True! It could also suppress on-hit effects and conditional effects on bullets if needed to balance it out.
I think the majority of the power would be the simultaneous movement stun on both players.
 
This item would be useful for gun building players to easliy destroy anyone with DPS that is less than yours.

If you want some dueling item, there are two ways, either via stats or skill. We have an example of former — Hunter's Aura. But currently, we don't have anything in kind of latter. That item would require equalization of two heroes and some unordinary rules to win/gain advantage.
 
yeah, the more I think about this item, the more I don't like it, simply because of how much weapons vary from hero to hero

I dont get logic about fairness towards enemy. Balance and item creating its about fairness towards EVERY aspect of game that gonna be affected in ANY WAY not only enemy.
Your take falling apart just beacuse Curse item exist, where is fairness towards enemy in this case? No offence dude, i just think you completly wrong in this take.
 
Wait, so it immobilizes? That would be incredibly strong. I can see what you're trying to do with this item (isolation, 1v1 duels), but the CC effects kinda spoil the entire item. A duel where neither player can move or use their abilities would just turn into an incredibly boring DPS check. Doesn't really matter, since both Silence and Immobilize doesn't prevent item usage (hello debuff remover).

Weapons could be the same across all heroes, that still wouldn't prevent this item from being incredibly boring.
