Watcher's Covenant level 3 loses second tether on line of sight break

After activating, if you lose line of sight, your tethers become buggy. In the clip, Bebop gets tethered but Abrams does not. Manually locking onto Abrams gives him a tether, but Bebop loses his. After losing line of sight again, Abrams gets auto tethered because he was previously manually targeted, and Bebop's tether flashes for a moment before losing it. Both allies should be getting their own tethers.
