Warden's gun won't fire. Restarting the game or dying and respawning doesn't fix it.

I was playing as Mo & Krill in Hideout, but my match character was selected as Warden. After landing on Hyperline, I noticed Warden's gun wouldn't firing. I paused the game, tried reconnecting, and even died and respawned, but the issue persisted. After that, I had no choice but to abandon the match, quit the game, and try reconnecting again. Even after that, only the Warden's gun still wouldn't fire. It's been almost three days since this bug started, and it's still not fixed, so I'm posting this thread. If anyone else has experienced a similar problem, please leave a comment.

I was having a similar problem. I had to change warden's fire button to a random button and then switch it back. I couldn't set it to lmb without switching it first. I know I am late and you probably fixed it, but that was my issue. Only character in the game I had the problem with.

Yes I solved that problem now, but not in a very clean way. After no one answered in that thread, I stopped playing Warden for a while, and a few weeks later I formatted my PC for Windows 11 and reinstalled the game. And I noticed that all my game settings had been reset (all my key bindings were back to default, and things like "This game is testing now" appeared when I started the game). So I checked Warden's gun, and it was firing again. Since the solution you mentioned existed, I think it was a bug related to key binding connection.
