Warden enchantress barrier doesn't apply the fire rate increase/bullet per sec increase

Tested this with hud_damagemeter true and it doesn't apply the firerate/bullet per sec increase on warden also it doesn't even show on the hud.
I tested this against the equal amount of spirit power when I didn't have enchantress barrier.
