Walljumping is the wrong way around

Let's be honest here: Deadlock doesn't need to reinvent the wheel here.

Ever since 1990 a walljump required you to jump INTO the wall. Meaning you'd press D to jump into (and away) a wall on your right.
However Deadlock somehow requires me to press A when I want to jump Into a wall on my right...?

That is VERY confusing, and it actually doesn't bring any advantage to the table (that i can think of).
It actually introduces more inconsistancy the way its implemented now as you sometimes end up "strafing away" from the wall because you are 0.2mm too far away from the wall.

PLEASE just make me press INTO the wall rather than pressing AWAY from the wall.
