Vyper's ultimate ability can be blocked by lane troopers, whether crouched/sliding, or even jumping! You have to double jump or have a generously clear line of sight to the enemy hero for this ultimate to not be blocked by a trooper. No other hero in the game has to account for this (Holliday's lasso or Paradox's swap), and it makes for pretty unfun gameplay when a kill is denied because a trooper happened to run in front of you.
