Vyper's dagger doesn't hit Infernus in the practice range

Vyper's dagger only hits enemies if she is on the same team as the range's Infernus. If she is on Aabrams's team, her dagger won't hit other players in the range.

Steps to reproduce:
- Go to practice range as Vyper
- (Possibly unrelated) Upgrade dagger to max lvl
- Throw dagger at Aabrams (or an enemy player); dagger hits << NORMAL
- Switch teams
- Throw dagger at Infernus (or an enemy player); dagger goes through << BUGGED

Video shows this with Infernus, but it works the same way with other players in the range. The dagger only hits if Vyper is on Infernus's team.
Not sure if this is just a range thing or if it also affects matches.
