Vyper daggers don't seem to show the stack UI above targets anymore

Tried restarting just to be sure, but it seems like when you land daggers you dont get the UI anymore showing you the stacks or duration on daggers on targets health bars. Other statuses seem to work fine, tested crushing fists and max vyper 2.

Im running no mods and I have +citadel_unit_status_use_new true +citadel_always_show_active_hud_stats true enabled on startup
