Vulkan causes massive FPS drops if playing multiple matches consecutively

Vulkan is causing massive FPS drops when I play more than one match without closing the client. It occurs anywhere from 10-30 minutes into the second match. It is resolved by restarting the client.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 driver 595.79
Settings: High -- only change is DLSS: Auto
