Voice chat icon flickering client-side

Most of the time when I hold push to talk button, it flickers like this. I was asking people, and they heard me fine, so it's just a client-side thing and only visual.
I am not sure what other info I could provide, but I'm ready to add any relevant info.

It happens in solo bot games, PvE games and PvP games.
