[Visual Bug] Lash's Ult can be "activated" early with mouse 1, triggering both his pulling animation and the final bell sound

If you ult someone and press Mouse 1 right away, before the meter fills up, the animations and SFX for succesfully pulling someone in will play, even before his ult finishes charging.
