The bug is exactly as the title says. If you afk on lobby on the pause menu as Holiday, your 3's visual queue slowly drifts away and right from the gun. It stays like that until you proc 3 on an enemy in lobby. You can make it go faster if you keep the game in the foreground, but keeping it open like that in the background also makes it drift away, it's just slower.
I can consistently replicate this bug, so it's not a one of a kind thing. Steps for replicating it:
