Viscous goo ball ability cannot be upgraded/hovered over while in use

While using goo ball, holding alt or tab to interact with abilities will not have any effect on goo ball's icon. You are also not able to upgrade the ability while it is open. Additionally, you cannot upgrade the ability. You can once the ability ends or is cancelled. The cube is not effected by this.
