Viscous can melee and parry while in The Cube

As title says, you can melee and parry while inside Viscous' The Cube despite the tooltip saying "Target is unable to take any new actions while cubed."

It also moves you inside The Cube

I tried it out, a similar thing happens with goo ball. While I was able to melee, I was not able to parry. The message 'you are busy' came up instead.
