viscous ball does not seem to follow urn movement rules

There was a viscous who was kinda behind but utterly vital to the enemy team by making it so we could almost never get urns. I always wondered why the heck he was able to get them so fast, whether it be my teams lack of attention or just his prowess in finding good timings. Turns out its neither. For some odd reason, viscous ult can IGNORE the movement speed restrictions set by the urn that makes you run at 13 m/s. He constantly abused this by grabbing the urn in his ball form and using the go faster hotkey on M1 to go to the urn location so fast that he's already on the other side of the map dropping it off BEFORE he is even revealed on the map. Legitimately no counterplay other than constantly guarding urns just to fight this bug. Please fix this before it starts getting abused.

First post on here btw, just wanna say I love the devs and the effort they put on this game. Thank you for all your hard work and I hope to see this game gain even more traction in the upcoming future.
 
It's the same thing with Ivy's ultimate. It's always been that way so I assume it's intentional for whatever reason.
 
yeah you're right, just tested it with ivys ult and i managed to get to the other side before her ult ran out... wasnt the whole 13m/s sprint speed thing to stop this sort of stuff from happening? Like why is this allowed but making a path that gives sprint speed with kelvin not allowed?
